I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge letdown. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing the services that I'd already paid for, which caused a lot of hassle. To make matters worse, I was promised a refund, but it's now been over a month and I still haven't seen a penny. The communication has been pretty much non-existent, and I've had to chase them up multiple times to get any kind of resolution.

“Bed bugs”

I was really shocked to find out that this hotel is infested with bed bugs. I mean, it's just unacceptable. I was expecting a clean and comfortable place to stay, but instead, I had to deal with these disgusting little critters crawling all over my bed. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again anytime soon.

“Could use a little help”

At first, everything seemed great - the room was spotless, the hotel itself was nice, and the location was fantastic. But then things started to go downhill. When I asked for an extra blanket for my son, I was told I'd have to come down to the lobby to get it, which was pretty inconvenient. And to make matters worse, we ran out of toilet paper the next morning and had to wait hours for it to be delivered.

“It was okay”

I was really looking forward to staying in a hotel with a balcony, but unfortunately, that's not what I got. When I checked in, I was told that there were no balcony rooms available, which was a bit of a letdown. And to make matters worse, I was also promised a king-sized bed, but that wasn't available either. The location was nice, and the breakfast was decent, but overall, I was pretty disappointed with my stay.

I'm still trying to process the absolute nightmare that was my stay at this hotel. Everything was broken, the staff were completely incompetent and rude, and the place was filthy. I found a dead insect on the table, and the windows were dirty. It was like they didn't even care about providing a basic level of service. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy - it's a complete waste of money.
