“Chambre basique et propre mais très bruyante, pas de wifi disponible et personnel peu aimable”

The hotel's location is spot on, right near the historic center, which was super convenient. However, the staff were pretty unfriendly, and the WiFi didn't work at all. My room faced the street, and the window didn't close properly, so it was ridiculously noisy. To make matters worse, they didn't have a luggage storage service, and they refused to keep my bags for a few hours when I checked out.

“Excelente custo beneficio, localização perfeita”

I've stayed here before, and it's still one of my go-tos - the check-in was seamless, and the staff were really helpful when I called ahead with questions. The location is great, with a metro station just a few meters away, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious enough, although it can get a bit noisy since it's right in the center. The internet worked well, and I was able to attend an online class without any issues. Overall, it's a solid choice.

This hotel has a great team and a fantastic location - it's clean, beautiful, and well-situated. However, there's a catch: most of the rooms face the street, and it's like all the bus routes in São Paulo go right past the hotel. The noise is incredible, from early morning till late evening. It's weird that the hotel hasn't replaced those old windows with some proper ones. Everything else is top-notch, though.

“Falta de mobiliario”

The staff were really nice, but that's about where the positives end. The room was missing a few basics, like a mini-fridge, a closet or hook for hanging clothes, and a luggage rack - my suitcase ended up on the floor. The chair was a wooden bench, which made it tough to work at the desk. A few more amenities would make a big difference.

“Lugar muito bom com funcionarios muito prestativos !”

For the price, this hotel is a great value. The only downside is the location - being in the center of São Paulo means it can get a bit crazy. Still, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option, it's hard to beat.
