Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place is very worn down. Needs cleaned up, painted and updated. I stayed there 2 years ago and was much better. There was no ice machine and no attempt by staff to get ice in a cooler or something else to help the people staying there. Working ice machine. Cleaner updated facility

The service here is exceptional and the atmosphere is professional, with an amazing eye for detail; I love the design and architecture.

The bathrooms are spacious, but a little cleaner would make them better.

The cleanliness is good and the staff are very friendly. However, the rooms don’t have drinking water.

Nothing good to say. The sidewalks are nasty, garbage litter the grounds, people are screaming and running upstairs, and there are people outside the door all night. Bugs are flying around the room all night.
