Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, yet the rooms were dusty and sandy, with dust everywhere on the bed; the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the bed linen wasn’t fresh, so I won’t stay again. Cleaning was very poor.

The airport shuttle driver was punctual, responsive, and efficient, and the hotel receptionist was attentive and ready to help; my stay went very well.

Ok, but also ok.

The reception, location, and rooms were fine, but the toilets and showers need a makeover.

We were told the chef was resting, so we skipped breakfast, and the neighborhood was very dirty, which doesn’t match the hotel’s standard.
