The breakfast staff were helpful, but the property was very run down and certainly not five‑star. The room was never cleaned during our three days even though we left a note on the door asking for two kings, while we had actually requested one king and two twins.

Close to Bunker Bay beach, but the hotel refused to refund me after I checked out a day early; I had stayed four nights, cut it to three due to a change in plans, and the hotel’s inflexibility was unlike any other European hotel I've dealt with. I had to handle the situation directly with the hotel team, which I tried to resolve a couple of times without success.
