The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location is good with an overall solid price‑to‑quality ratio. The bed felt oddly high and the mattress slid to the sides. At 9:00 AM the breakfast area was empty and never refilled, and there were no clean seats available; a single staff member can’t manage everything.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were dirty and many parts of the hotel—rooms, kids’ play area, spa—were broken. Even though the staff apologized, it seems the management isn’t addressing these issues.

The breakfast was very good and high‑quality, the décor was nice, and the rooms were large with a vestibule, which is great. The sauna had a lovely view, but the lounge area was small and lacked enough loungers. The value for money was top. On the downside, the sauna area was too cramped for quiet relaxation, and towels and shower gel ran out over several days.
