The place is gorgeous, the building is stunning, and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Still, the food fell short of what we expected; we ate two dinners, a lunch, and a breakfast on site, and every meal was consistently disappointing.

Everything was comfortable. The food and the people were good. The wash basin and toilet were a bit old, and the sink had water stains.
The staff were excellent and it’s a great place to stay. No negatives, except that if the hotel management could replace the carpets with tiles, it would be even better.
