The hotel is beautiful, the location is very good, and the rooftop pool is fantastic, yet this time we didn't upgrade the room – it was hopelessly small, the bed was terrible, and the pillows were painful; we’ll come back but we must upgrade the room.

Bra säng! Bra läge! Trevlig pub!. Maten i Bishop Arms! Återrapportering från receptionen! Jag glömde min dosett med mina mediciner på rum 243 söndagen 4 oktober. Var i kontakt med receptionen två gånger och dom lovade att informera mig om status. Hörde ingenting! Dåligt 👎
