The place is very comfortable, well‑equipped, cozy and decorated with taste. The only thing missing was a vegetable peeler.
“Déçus”
The spot is good, the apartment is spacious and the outdoor area is generous. The apartment is dark, has a bad smell (humidity even with ventilation all day). The pillows were too big and extremely hard. The toilet brush handle broke, the toaster was broken, and there were no kitchen towels (I contacted the host via the booking platform and was told that wasn’t included!). The management feels impersonal, run by a company that only handles cleaning and changing linens, key box, no welcome note or tourist info in the apartment. A few days before arrival we got an email asking us to fill out forms to get the keys (the link didn’t work on our phones) when a simple photocopy of our ID would have sufficed. In short, the price was too high for the service compared to the apartment we rented the previous week.
Very well situated, close to activities but very quiet. The house is very clean, spacious and the rooms are very pleasant. There is a big lack of information about the house: no front parking, no details about trash management, etc. The house is run by a company, and it’s hard to get in touch with them. The chat is answered by an AI that doesn’t really answer questions. We had a major electrical issue and at one point had no hot water. Communication was chaotic, so we had to figure things out ourselves. Although it’s a beautiful place, it’s only recommended for self‑sufficient guests.

The location is fine. The room smelled strongly of fungi and dampness; the sheets were dirty, with hair on them, and the lower sheet was wrinkled. We spotted a fly. The TV wouldn’t connect to any device.
