Breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful, never stopped, and very polite, but the room lacked air conditioning, the bathroom water was unpredictable—hot and cold at the same time—and there was no lift.

The breakfast was varied, very good, and tasty.

The location, pleasant staff, cleanliness, and mountain view were great; the rooms were large and simply furnished but the WC was small. The fridge was missing from the room. For a small dog (Yorkshire terrier) they charged 25€ per day, which was a shock; pet fees are not listed anywhere.
