Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and made it easy to get back from there, yet when we requested a shuttle, the driver passed us and sat in the van for at least 6 minutes before we had to walk past the van just so he’d recognize us.

They sold my room which had a pull out couch even though I called on the way there to confirm we were still coming and make sure it was still booked and they confirmed. So I had to get a whole other room which doubled what I wanted to spend!

The room was spacious and spotless, which mattered a lot to me as a germaphobe, but the bed felt like a rock and the comforter was too thin, leaving me cold and uneasy all night; having a door that opens into the next room also felt a bit unsettling.

The service was very good, and there were no complaints at all.

According to the hotel staf booking sent them informations about only 2 adultes. I was with my kids and they didn't included them for the breakfast!
