The place sits perfectly in the Barisano Sassi, with taxis, tours, and restaurants just a hop away; the apartment was spotless, well‑furnished, and the bathroom was especially lovely. No complaints at all.

It was an experience inside Matera’s Sassi, everything was perfect: brilliant welcome, excellent location, a spotless room with comfy beds, and a luxurious bathroom in a suggestive setting.

What a fantastic stay in Matera! The room is centrally located in the Sassi, spacious, charming, and immaculately clean. The breakfast provided is truly excellent and very generous. I recommend it in every way! Huge thanks to Mary for her warm welcome, kindness, and great tips for exploring Matera.
