“Decepciónante”

The mattress was comfortable and parking was easy. We arrived after 4 pm and the room wasn’t ready; the windows still had wood frames, the bathtub was rusty, and there was constant noise everywhere. At 2 am a shower drain made a horror‑movie‑like sound that could be heard from the second floor to the ground floor through the pipes—only stopped when I opened the water! I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this was the worst place I’ve stayed.

“Estafa”

I learned never to return here again. I feel cheated, called a liar, and overcharged for something I didn’t do. The situation is humiliating and the treatment awful. I’m filing a complaint against scammers; Google reviews show others have been treated the same way.

“Room 305, 21/09/2026”

I arrived late, received two codes—one for the hotel entrance and another for my room—and everything worked perfectly. The room had a large welcome water container and two small cakes, and it was beautiful, fresh, and clean. I had an early‑morning flight and left my key in the key holder, so overall it was a very good experience. I would have liked a balcony, but that’s a minor detail I forgot to ask about when booking.
