The location was central for us, as we love the Primrose Hill area, and the walk to the Baker Street and St. John’s Wood stations was good—about 10 minutes. The walls weren’t very thick, so we had noisy neighbours the first night until late. The hotel can’t really do anything about that, but it’s useful to know.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the location was convenient. The breakfast buffet could offer more variety; some dishes, like the pancakes, were served cold.
