Staff were pretty friendly, even if they didn't speak much English - we managed to get by just fine. The shower was okay, and it was nice that they provided free water and biscuits daily, plus a water cooler outside for refills. However, my room was a letdown - it was pretty worn out and not exactly clean, with stains on the carpet and furniture. The WiFi was weak and kept dropping my connection when my devices went to sleep, but it worked enough to get by.
