Everything is conveniently close—supermarkets, the beach, restaurants, and you can even book tours through the hotel itself. They do charge for air, but otherwise everything was fine, and Ruben from the staff was very attentive.

From the moment I booked, the communication was flawless and I received all the necessary information promptly. Upon arrival, the staff continued to provide top‑class service and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are extremely comfortable, ideal for rest. Plus, the location is a major advantage because the beach is very close to the accommodation. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Nothing good. The experience was horrible! The hotel staff were very unpleasant during my stay. The service was deficient, with a disrespectful attitude, a huge lack of friendliness and sympathy! Regarding security, the hotel does not meet what it promises. When I arrived, the balcony latch was broken and the room door had three security bars, only one of which worked. Cleaning was another major. the place was in bad condition, with dirt on the windows, bathrooms, and kitchen. Moreover, they charged a much higher amount than initially agreed. When I complained, the “boss” blamed Booking, even though the accommodation is responsible for the information and conditions listed on its profile, and all it says is that people don’t know how to read! It’s her job to get the details right, not to shift responsibility onto Booking. A huge lack of respect and a lot to be desired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.

The staff was great and the location was convenient, but there was a bad sewer‑like smell in the room and the pool was not clean.
