A private balcony provides city, garden and landmark views. The room sleeps three guests with a double bed and an extra sofa bed, and includes a desk, wardrobe, clothes rack, refrigerator, kitchenware, a coffee machine, a hot tub, and a seating area with a sofa and a dining table; a socket near the bed, iron, fan, hand sanitiser and a private entrance are also provided. The en‑suite bathroom features a spa bath, shower, toilet, towels, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Streaming services and satellite channels are available on a flat‑screen TV, and the upper floor is reachable only by stairs.

“Good location, very good value for”
Comfortable space, very safe, location fairly good. The host was very friendly and accommodating. A bit run down; needs attention.
The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable, but I had to call a few times just to get access, and in the evening there was no hot water.

I booked this place hoping for a hot tub soak, but there was no hot water at all, which was a huge let‑down, especially after seeing the same problem in a review from a month ago. The room itself was big and private, though.
