The apartment itself and its location are excellent; it’s very close to metro B. The owner is very supportive. However, the room with a twin bed doesn’t have an attached bathroom – there’s a private bathroom outside the room. Breakfast is not satisfactory; you get it from a bakery, and on Sundays the bakery is closed, so there’s no breakfast, which is disappointing since the site listed it as “breakfast included.”

The owner, Eugenia, is always ready to help with everything from check‑in and directions to the house, using the key set, parking in the garage to reach the breakfast café, and operating the projector in the room—she’s absolutely delightful. The room is very nice, clean, and although the bathroom is separate, it’s fully private. Every day you get a voucher for breakfast at a great café right next door. I wanted this spot for personal reasons, but with just eight metro stops you’re at Termini, Rome’s main station. Really nothing to complain about; if you know it’s a house and not a hotel, the stay is comfortable.

The place is gorgeous: spotless and cozy with excellent services just steps away (B metro and shopping). The De Paolis film studio history is nearby, so anyone coming from outside for work will find this location very convenient. The welcome makes you feel at home!! Highly recommended!! Nothing at all! Everything was perfect!!

The location is great, very close to the metro and easy to reach. The owner is incredibly kind and always available; I strongly recommend it.

The environment is very welcoming and spotless, the lady is very nice and helpful, the location is great for the metro and supermarket, a relaxing balcony on the eighth floor, equipped with an elevator, I’d say it’s excellent.
