The windows face the silent side of the building. The doors look as if someone tried to force their way in, with wood chipped off and the door frame damaged.

Communication with the broker was great. The place is ideal for heading in any direction we needed; the room was in the courtyard where there was complete quiet, and my girlfriend felt safe. Because some acquaintances arrived while we were there, we were visited at 2:00 am by a grumpy man who didn’t even show himself, claiming he was checking the room to see if someone was staying. I understand the suspicion, but the situation could have been handled differently instead of hearing “20 times nobody here, you’ll get kicked out.” A key issue I must add is the total cold in the room, even though we had just caught a moment when the heating was still off and it was cold outside; nothing could resolve that.
