Nothing good. The place was dirty and the cleaning needs to be improved.

The location and view were good, and the staff were great! However, hot water took a LONG time to reach the third floor. The room with only a toilet was VERY small – it was hard not to hit your head on the door. Noise from Palace Square was present but not too bad with the windows closed.
