The spot is super convenient yet quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering a paid porter service. The elevator was a nice addition, and the daily evening complimentary chicchetti were a great bonus, along with paid cocktails. The garden is lovely and peaceful, and the rooms are decently sized with a couch and a comfortable bed. The only downside was the odd, rather dim lighting in the bedroom.

The garden was lovely; we enjoyed spending time there with our friends. We also enjoyed the many room options for breakfast. The service was great: staff was prompt in reserving water taxis and getting tickets to events in the city. The location was excellent!. The shower floor was slippery; it's a safety hazard

From the moment we were welcomed, everything was wonderful. The staff’s attention, willingness, and warmth were remarkable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options served by very kind staff. The big surprise was the exquisite buffet every evening, served in a very intimate little lounge and included with the stay. The room had a canal view, was fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and had a movie‑themed bathroom!
