Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Nice location and friendly staff. We discovered in the middle of the night that someone who stayed in the room before us had urinated on the bed; the bed was simply freshly made, and we only noticed after we lay on it and felt it seep through. The stain was huge and obvious—disgusting. It can’t be that the cleaning staff didn’t see it. We were given another room—my towel also had fresh brown spots and wasn’t clean. Very expensive valet parking.

Parking fee for a SINGLE night over $60!!!

We liked how close it was to the Riverwalk and the Alamo—everything downtown was within walking distance. The only complaint I have is that parking downtown is very expensive.

Parking was really expensive.

I loved the historic vibe and the short walk to the Alamo, but the valet parking cost a bit too much and you have no alternative if you want to park at the hotel.
