“Sometimes you gotta let go”
I liked that my previous stays had no issues; this time there were some problems, and I was disappointed to find roaches in my room.

The services were good, but everything was good.

The hotel sits right across from the beach, and the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop patio was gorgeous, yet the building feels old, the odor is awful, bathrooms are rusty and lack shampoo, linens were stained, there were no blow dryers, and the parking lot is cramped and difficult to navigate.

It was located in the Bayfront, but when we entered our room we discovered two dead roaches and a dirty floor, and we had to walk barefoot.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location: the beach and promenade are within walking distance, just across the road, where you can swim or stroll at night. We stayed for five days and our room was never cleaned; towels were only changed daily upon request and trash was removed only occasionally. They never mopped the floor, so we had to ask for a broom just to sweep up sand. The internet was unusable; there was a Wi‑Fi signal but connecting was impossible, forcing us to spend an extra $80 on mobile data. The TV was present but the cable service didn’t work. No one monitored the parking area, so our car got scratched in two spots and we don’t know who did it. There are no cafés within walking distance; to get coffee, breakfast or lunch we had to drive to a store and cook in the microwave. For three people staying five days, they supplied only three packets of coffee for the machine—after that we were on our own. We will not return to this hotel.
