The staff were brilliant 👏, the spa bath was amazing, and the on‑site restaurant meant I never had to leave the building; the breakfast was also fantastic.

The location was great and parking was good, close to central shopping and restaurants, but the cupboard door that concealed the fridge was half falling off.
