We spent two nights at this guest house. The hosts welcomed us warmly, and check‑in was quick and smooth. The room and linens were exceptionally clean. The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of Borjomi. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again for our next visit.

The room was clean, the view nice, and parking was available. The walls were thin, so you can hear your neighbours at night.

I liked the magnificent view from the terrace over the mountains and all of Borjomi. The room was large and clean. The hosts were very hospitable. The room had everything needed. The hotel is located at the very top of the mountain. That wasn’t clear from the description. Note that the description says 12 minutes walk (950 m) to the park, but that walk goes up the mountain and back down into a maze of private houses. In the evening after a walk in the park, we couldn’t manage the return walk to the hotel. We tried to call a taxi, but there were no cars available. We had to catch private drivers and arrange a ride.

1. Beautiful terrace view, great for breakfast and coffee. 2. Very tidy host, rooms cozy and clean (only the chandelier had cobwebs). 3. Walking to the river and center takes 5‑10 minutes; if you don’t like walking uphill, order a taxi. 4. Quiet house, especially pleasant silence at night. 5. No air‑conditioning, no stove or heating overall; we stayed at the beginning of September and didn’t get too cold.
