Located in Warsaw’s Ochota district, Hostel Metro provides simple rooms with private sinks and optional satellite TV. Guests can rent appliances like TVs and refrigerators, and shop at the on‑site store. Shared showers and toilets serve each floor via outdoor walkways. The hostel sits 750 m from Aleje Jerozolimskie WKD station, 600 m from Szczęśliwice Fort, and 5 km from central Warsaw.

The place was nice, but the price didn’t match the conditions: it was cold, containers were stacked one on top of another, the bathroom was outside, and it felt like a hostel. I regret paying for it, couldn’t get a refund, and after arriving from Gdynia to Warsaw in the evening I decided to leave immediately because I was scared to stay there, checking out the same day an hour after checking in, and went home that night. It was a disaster, I absolutely do not recommend it, and if possible I’d ask for a refund (135 zl).

For how cheap it was and how it looked on the outside, it was quite comfortable; the room had a heater, TV, and decent sheets, the outside area was lit all night and felt safe, and the staff lady was nice. The neighbors blasted music and bass until almost 3 am, there were no nighttime quiet hours, and we didn’t sleep well because of that.

The room had a strong sewage smell right from the entrance.
