“Lovely luxurious stay, perfect location, extremely comfortable, i will be back”
I found the room I booked to be great value for money, with lovely surroundings, and the afternoon staff—especially Scarlett—made me feel very welcome and added extra comfort; she was amazing, so big thanks to her. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do both day and night. Breakfast was a little disappointing; the service was amazing but didn’t feel worth the money. I’ve worked in this industry, so I think the night‑shift team could have improved the room service; I understand the WhatsApp system isn’t ideal and you might not expect requests late at night, but waiting 30‑40 minutes for water was a bit much. I then had to go downstairs and ask for it myself, and it still took another 15 minutes; I’m very patient because of my job, but it was too long for me. It was also a long wait in the morning, but I was told it was busy, so that was understandable. The cookie and milk button didn’t work, but that’s a minor issue.
