The facilities were lovely, the room was mostly clean, and the ambience was nice; the buffet breakfast was good, and the pools and gym were great. However, the restaurants, food, and service were basic—meals arrived at the wrong times, wine was spilled when poured, indicating a lack of training. Rooms could have been cleaner; there were glass marks on bedside tables. It’s pricey for what it offers.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, and a beautiful sauna, but we had to actively ask for our room to be cleaned.
