The facility felt safe and the night‑shift staff were friendly. However, there were no towels or washcloths in the room, and the reception had none that night or the next morning. The quilt on the bed was a bright sheet. When I asked for towels the next day, I was told none were available, and the morning staff gave me a dismissive attitude. Cleaning was done with wet ones and paper towels. I checked out after one night and am still waiting for a refund for the second night. I couldn’t get a receipt because the printer wasn’t working.

“TERRIBLE COMPANY. How do you over book ? And then cancel on people”

I had absolutely nothing to enjoy because they over‑booked and cancelled my room on the very day of check‑in, leaving me with nowhere to sleep. I didn’t get to stay at all.

Both rooms I had booked were cancelled without any notice. I had travelled all the way to the hotel just to find I had no room, which was very inconvenient since I was in town for a wedding.
