The reception was very friendly and the explanations clear, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a coffee maker, kettle and top‑quality snacks; it’s close to the city centre and a quiet spot.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The location is perfect, close to the city center and very convenient. The best part is the private parking, a fantastic bonus in Sanremo. If I ever come back, I would choose this place without a doubt—everything is spot on. We had a great stay and I thank them again for the warm welcome.

Everything was great: central location, comfortable bed, and good communication with the host. Parking costs 15€ per day but it's worth it. The room and bathroom are a bit narrow.
