The bed was comfortable, the place quiet, very easy to get to, and there were restaurants nearby. The glass shower door didn’t close and let water drip onto the floor; it slammed against the shower and made noise because there was no handle—just a hole to put fingers in and hold it. The room was very small; you quickly run into each other when standing. I can’t imagine it with luggage, but for a single night it was fine.

It was very close to the Eurotunnel exit. It was loud all through the night with people coming and going, absolutely no soundproofing at all

Thanks to the front desk staff for changing my room to accommodate my disability; the room was comfortable. The cleaning crew should check with reception to confirm no one is in the rooms before cleaning.

Very close to LeShuttle. The hotel is simple, clean, and not pretentious.
