The receptionists were not nice at all to us as guests or to our tour guide who had recommended the hotel, and they surprised us with an additional 10 € when we arrived, which wasn’t mentioned during booking. They even blocked us at reception before check‑out until they checked if everything was OK in the room!!!!

The stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel looks just like the photos, if not better. The room was stunning, spotless, and impeccably maintained. Service was truly exceptional, and the manager, Mr. Hesham El Azaf, deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality. He kindly upgraded our room and went above and beyond throughout our stay, ensuring we felt welcomed and taken care of at every moment. We were pleasantly surprised by thoughtful complimentary touches, such as fresh fruit, water, and breakfast delivered straight to our room. Every detail made our experience feel extra special. The location is best. This hotel combines beautiful accommodation with genuinely outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

Very central hotel near Tahrir Square and close to shops, cafés, etc. The receptionist who welcomed us was very courteous.

The place is clean and close to Tahrir Square, but sometimes there’s a smoking smell.
