The staff were friendly and the place was quiet. The carpet in the rooms and common areas had seen better days and should be replaced, preferably with a different type of flooring.

“A fuir”

The hotel is in a bad‑name area, the pool was empty even though I had booked the hotel for the pool, the outdoors were not maintained, and the rooms were tiny with mattresses that let you feel all the springs. The refrigerator was off, the shower was moldy, there were no taxis or car rentals in the city, and we had to change hotels at the last minute because we didn’t feel safe with our 2‑year‑old child. I was hugely disappointed by the hotel’s misleading advertising; it’s supposedly a 3‑star property.

We were looking for a hotel that met several specific requirements. Travelling with our dog, we needed a pet‑friendly place with a nearby park for walks, breakfast included so we wouldn’t have to hunt for cafés, air conditioning in the room, and secure on‑site parking. The hotel we chose had all of these things. The parking area is on the hotel grounds, secured and monitored by CCTV, so we felt completely comfortable leaving our car there. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was perfectly good, and there’s also an excellent swimming pool on the hotel grounds. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is open all year round, which is also very convenient. The beach is about a 15‑minute walk from the hotel, and there are two good restaurants nearby, one specialising in seafood and the other in Neapolitan cuisine.
