The main and most important feature of this place is its location – everything is walkable, perfect. The room and bathroom are often scratched and worn from use.

We had a great stay, the location is super central (15 minutes on foot from Piazza Navona), it wasn’t too hard to find parking (as always in Rome), there are garages nearby. The room was the right size, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very accommodating with times (self‑check‑in is available). Breakfast is offered at a French pastry shop 50/100 m away, truly delicious and highly appreciated. We stayed with friends in a quadruple room; one of the two double beds was lofted, unfortunately the access wasn’t very comfortable because the ceiling was low.

The location is outstanding, close enough to the city center and the Vatican yet set in a quiet area. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The facilities feel a bit dated and the comfort is limited. Breakfast at a nearby bar is sparse, and for what it offers it feels somewhat pricey.
