The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless! However, the organization and handling of situations by some front‑desk and restaurant staff were poor. I was charged for breakfasts at the restaurant, but the front desk didn’t record them, so they wouldn’t serve me there. The lady who answered the phone for room service had a bad attitude, and because of her mistake in taking the order, the waiter had to be called up three times.

I liked the restaurant and its amenities, but when I arrived the price was higher than what was shown on the booking app.

The place is accessible, but the extra bed was very small.
