The welcome from Domenica was exceptional; she gave us all the information for our visit with a lot of kindness. The breakfast was terrible.

The host, Domenica, was amazing and took care of everything even before we arrived—where to shop, who would pick us up, where to go. She was stunning. The room was beautiful and very clean, located inside an authentic cave so you have to keep in mind there are no windows. The location is central and wonderful, a magical and special place. Because the room is inside a cave, there are no windows and a slightly claustrophobic feeling, which might affect someone with asthma, for example. One night was wonderful for us, and again Domenica is a magical person.

The location was great, the room was beautiful and everything was well maintained. Then there’s Domenica! That woman is incredibly sweet and makes the stay a solid 10. I had read about her service and everything is true—she goes out of her way to make the stay even nicer and more beautiful.
