“Poor Guest Experience – They Could Do Better”

The 24/7 pool access was good. When we showed our reservation receipt, the staff first told us we weren’t entitled to breakfast. Breakfast was eventually allowed, but that initial confusion was unnecessary and could have been avoided with clearer communication. The rooms also lacked basic amenities: no kettles, so we had to use a hot‑water flask in the corridor, no space to store suitcases, and when we ran out of bathing soap they said it couldn’t be replenished. These shortcomings hurt the comfort and convenience of our stay and didn’t meet our expectations. Better coordination on booking inclusions, improved room facilities, and more reliable housekeeping would bring the service up to the standard guests expect.

“Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and had a good attitude.”

Breakfast offered a nice selection, and a chef made an omelette to your taste. The staff were quick to help and engaged in light conversation, which was pleasant. There was no quiet area to sit and relax, and the room lighting wasn’t ideal; there was no desk light for work.

“Comfortable in Jamaica”

The hotel was clean and the breakfast and restaurant food were tasty, and the bathroom was spotless while the staff were courteous. When I arrived, the front desk lady said breakfast wasn’t included; I showed her my reservation that clearly listed breakfast, but she had to check with her manager before eventually sorting out the mix‑up.
