The staff were super friendly, cleaning our room regularly and providing fresh towels. The shared kitchen and dining area stayed very clean. The area never felt unsafe and was close to public transport.

The place is in a great spot with easy transport to the city centre and the metro, and the apartment itself is quiet and super cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the owner Fabio is warm and welcoming.

The host is an outstanding guide, always attentive to our requests and ready to help at any time. His friendliness and closeness made our stay even more enjoyable. He offered very useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and activities, showing great hospitality and a genuine interest in ensuring we made the most of our experience. Without a doubt, an exceptional host who makes a difference and whom we wholeheartedly recommend. The only point that could be improved is the bed mattress, which, at least for us, felt too soft. We understand that mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, but a firmer one with better support would significantly enhance sleep quality. In any case, it is a minor detail that does not tarnish our overall excellent rating of the stay.
