The staff were mostly pleasant and the hotel stayed clean, but a vending machine offered only sodas and juice, no water, which was annoying; the room’s coffee machine used pods, yet we only received loose coffee bags, so I couldn’t brew coffee at home, though the complimentary breakfast had decent coffee.
