The location was very central. Unfortunately, the accommodation was on the ground floor with the entrance door directly at the breakfast terrace, which was not clear in the booking and not described; if we had known, we wouldn't have booked. Another room/apartment was not available upon request. The terrace was closed after breakfast, so we couldn't use it because the chairs were folded up and covered with cloth and clips. The pool could be used from 10:00 to 20:00, meaning you couldn't use it before breakfast or in the evening beyond 20:00. Glasses were missing in the apartment; after asking, they were provided immediately. This accommodation was not very customer‑oriented; responses only came after requests. Our staff in the kitchen looked at their phone after a knock on the door and ignored it. Whether it was the coffee, which was often lukewarm, or missing butter, it was very troublesome; everything had to be requested, never taken for granted. Towels were only changed after a request; after the stay I received an email saying they could be changed for a fee of €4, which I don't understand. I was not charged, even though one set was changed.
