The location was great, but it was quite noisy. There was no common room besides the kitchen or the bar. The kitchen opened onto both hallways where the rooms are and had no doors, so there was a lot of chatter late at night.

The amenities and accommodations matched the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in the female dorm and didn’t even hear the “party” downstairs.

Staying at Canmore Hostel in Canada was unforgettable! The spot is in downtown Canmore, so exploring the town, shops, restaurants and public transport to the Rockies was easy. The mountain scenery is breathtaking, making Canmore special. I especially enjoyed experiencing this beautiful town while traveling. It’s a solid base for seeing the Rockies, driving scenic routes, hiking, and visiting Banff and Lake Louise. Overall, Canmore was a highlight of my Canadian adventure. If you love nature, mountain views and outdoor exploration, Canmore is definitely worth a visit!
