“Convenient Stay for a Nearby Wedding”

Parking was very convenient and the location was ideal for us since it was close to the wedding venue; we also liked the nice bathroom amenities and the breakfast was decent. However, a lot of light leaked into the room in the morning, the corridors could be noisy, the rooms felt somewhat outdated, and the hotel restaurant was quite pricey.

We had a car, arrived with a complicated 450 m uphill, but the views were wonderful. The hotel grounds were great, the room was good, the breakfasts were nice, the staff were pleasant, and we liked it.

Free parking was great, and the kids loved the trampoline. Still, the staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign and kept entering the room, giving the impression that the hotel is unmanaged and just operating on its own. When I tried to check in, the lone front‑desk employee left me waiting for roughly five minutes to answer a phone call in another room, without offering an apology, which shows a serious lack of organization.

“didn’t feel that someone managing the hotel”

I appreciated the free parking and the trampoline for kids, which was the highlight for my children. However, no matter if I hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff still entered the room; it feels like management has abandoned the place and it’s just running on autopilot. At check‑in, a single front‑desk girl let me wait about five minutes without an apology when she answered a phone call in another room, underscoring the lack of proper management and organization.
