The accommodation is perfectly located near the train station—ideal for a single night stay. Unfortunately, the bed was broken.

The hotel sits about 1 km from the Tower of Pisa and the city centre, making it very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave us directions to several restaurants in the area, and she even left complimentary items in our room for breakfast, even though the breakfast service wasn’t operating. The building feels a bit old and could use a bit of refurbishment, but for a single night it was fine. The nearest parking is paid, and the road to the hotel is a ZTL (restricted traffic zone).

The location, value for money, and cleanliness were all great. For that price, it was quite good.

“Mixed experience – friendly staff, but very noisy”

The lady at reception was really nice and welcoming, and she let us leave our bags after check‑out, which we appreciated. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities we needed. The noise, however, was a major problem: street noise and the lack of soundproofing in the hallways meant I could hear almost everything, making it hard to sleep. Another drawback was the €20 fee for late check‑in; I arrived at 22:15 and, having travelled to many places in Italy, I had never seen such a charge before. The property should offer a self‑check‑in option, like a key lockbox or secure keypad, for guests arriving after reception hours.
