The staff were very kind. The beds creaked even with minimal movement, it felt like sleeping in a hole, and the blankets were full of human hair. The bathroom chain didn’t pull up properly. The room wasn’t insulated; everything in the hallway could be heard. We had to move to another hostel.

The breakfast was great, the team was very polite and patient because I don’t speak Spanish. The location is perfect for me since we like quiet away from the bustle. It’s hard to find anything we didn’t like; we felt like we were at family’s home.

The place is gorgeous and loads of fun, right in the middle of the city and a short walk from the beach, and the rooms offer stunning lake views; everything was spotless and the staff went above and beyond, with great connections to major travel agents, a nice restaurant, and a decent breakfast. The only thing that could have made it flawless would be a conditioner, but that’s a minor gripe.
