The location works, but the overall service was extremely poor.

I felt cheated; the place was dirty and bad. I never stayed again and am still waiting for a refund. The room and overall condition were unacceptable.

The company itself was fine, but the property was very dirty and needed maintenance. It offered poor value for money, was expensive, and advertised false perks. No slippers, TV, or working internet on the top floor. Cleaners never appeared, so you had to bring your own towel, toilet paper, etc.

The staff were rude, and the first room was too small with the bed right up against the door—no way to get in or out. I called the front desk, and the person was nasty. They promised a TV but it wasn’t there, and they didn’t provide coffee or tea as advertised. There were no cutlery or toiletries, and I had to buy a towel. The bedding hadn’t been changed for three days. The staff were hostile, and they kept partying until four in the morning, slamming doors. I reported it, but nothing was done. I’m not happy with how this turned out.
