Our room and the whole property felt like a home away from home, clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast selection was really friendly and fabulous. Can’t fault it.

Breakfast was great. The location is excellent – a 20‑minute walk from the beach to the Stadium of Light. And especially a lovely, kind host who gave us nice tips about Sunderland. We were lucky to have good weather. The loss of Sunderland was a disappointment, and the restaurant was a bit good – still looking for better options.

Excellent continental breakfast – self‑serve. The sink in my bedroom was very small, so I couldn’t shave.
