The room was comfy and very clean, yet overall everything felt old. The wardrobe was made of very old wood with a strange smell, and the bathroom had a similar issue.

The residential street is quiet and beautiful, and the villa is charming with exceptional staff—thanks, mklle. The furnishings could use a refresh.

The owner was on site and very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large, clean, and quiet. The bathroom had a window facing outside. The house is on a quiet street and is easily reachable by bus from the city center (the daily transport ticket can be bought at the tabac shops). The accommodation offers excellent value for money. Nothing else.

“Ottimo e soddisfacente”

The spot was absolutely peaceful, and the manager was very helpful. A small tray with breakfast included (kettle, tea/coffee powder, sugar, jam, crackers, juice, and brioche). The shower had hot water, towels, shampoo, and soap. There were several power outlets, a TV, a table, and a chair. Traveling in October, I didn’t need the climate control (present in the room) or heating. Nothing else. If I wanted to push it further, the window frames struggled to close, and the ground‑floor room had the worst ones. The wallpaper could be glued in some spots, and there are rare areas that smell like “ancient”.

“Una struttura accogliente”

The room was clean and welcoming, located on an extremely quiet street. The bus stop to Termini Station is just a few minutes’ walk. Upon arrival you’ll be greeted warmly and with maximum availability. Highly recommended.
