The hotel is very well managed, the room is well equipped with a lovely view of the surrounding landscape, the food is very good, the breakfast is excellent, parking is included, and the reception is warm with friendly staff. The checkout time of 10 am felt very tight, but on request we were able to leave at 11 am without any problem.

The atmosphere is great, breakfast is superb, the outdoor areas and terrace are well maintained, and the four‑course dinner is always tasty and more than enough. We booked only breakfast but chose the dinner each night because of its unbeatable value, and enjoyed excellent Styrian wine with it. Absolutely recommended, we’ll come back!

The hotel has its own charm, and stepping into the lobby feels like entering another world—something you’d only see in movies, reminiscent of Agatha Christie films. There are spots where guests can chat or spend time in the billiards room. The ambience is truly pleasant and welcoming, and you feel at home with the staff. Our room was comfortable and well equipped; from the balcony you could see a lovely countryside view, though the only critique was that the garden was directly below and a bit noisy at night. The wellness area, though small, never felt overcrowded in summer. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to pre‑arrange surprises in the room on arrival. They were well trained, polite at all times, and quick to solve any request. A few minutes on foot brings you to the town centre with a fountain, park, and cafés; a little further you’ll find supermarkets, a pharmacy, and more. Some people might mind the room size, but for us it was just right and we didn’t miss anything.

When you look at the hotel from outside, it feels like a typical establishment, but stepping through the entrance delivers a WOW moment. Inside, it resembles a large, cozy living room with abundant décor, light lamps, candles, a piano, and several very comfortable seating areas; after a good dinner we had a drink in one of those corners and enjoyed the pleasant ambiance with matching lounge music. The amount of love and variety I’ve seen in any hotel is unmatched. Simply fantastic. The price feels justified for this type of hotel dining service. I’ll come back anytime. 😊

The stay was very pleasant and I liked it a lot! The facilities were nice, the breakfast good, the service extremely friendly, the wellness area very pleasant, and the massage excellent. I can’t think of any negatives.
