The unmanned self‑check‑in was easy, the room was large with a fridge, and the first‑floor coffee machine let me buy a cup of hot water for 20 cents. During my stay the fire alarm went off; after evacuating a firefighter mentioned cigarettes, so someone must have smoked in a non‑smoking stairwell. The alarm sound was unclear at first, and everyone evacuated, so if it had been a real fire I would have been a minute late. The lack of staff is a drawback of an unmanned hotel, but for a cheap price it was unusual to have a fridge, though it wasn’t cold enough, just a little better than room temperature.

Very close to Frankfurt central station, but there were staff at the desk and the check‑in was online.

The proximity to the station was good, but everything else was fine. Breakfast was cancelled for unknown reasons, and the hotel was contacted and a refund is expected.
