The physical structure of the hotel, considering the price, offers good value. The pool looks clean, there’s a decent game room, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is cozy, although the rooms face each other and are only separated by a corridor, so privacy is limited. The shower has good water flow. Breakfast is simple but varied enough for a decent meal, fitting the lodge’s standard. The hotel has potential, but management falls short. The mattress is old, with springs that should be bagged, pressing against your ribs. It feels uneven, with some hard spots where you can feel the springs; it needs replacement. Another issue is the service during busy days: on the 12th, a holiday, the first breakfast had no clean tables. The two vacant tables (there were five in total, if I’m not mistaken) were covered in dirt and plates/glasses. We had to clean them ourselves. Replenishing everything took a long time—plates, eggs, couscous, etc. Worse, the gas cylinder ran out and there was no backup. The coffee ran out and we had to wait a long time for it to be replenished, as did the tapioca, because there was no gas. On a day that was expected to be busy, we had to wait for the coffee after placing the egg on the plate; after 30 minutes or more the egg had cooled. When we asked to reheat it, there was no microwave in the kitchen. The two women in the kitchen couldn’t meet the demand, even though they tried. It’s not their fault; it’s a management failure. The next day, with only us for breakfast, everything ran smoothly.

Excellent location, but the silence was a drawback.

The location and accessibility were great. We ran out of water during the night for two days, but it was fixed. Breakfast was very simple.

Espaço tranquilo, organizado. Muitos locais pra comer de dia e de noite bem próximos ao hotel. Interessante destacar que o hotel não fica em Pipa e sim em tibau do Sul. Mas fica a 5km da praia da Madeira. Construíram um prédio que tirou a visão do rio, o que quebrou muito as nossas expectativas, visto que o espaço da piscina perdeu muito seu potencial de atração. Achei também a pousada bem vazia, parecia que tinha ngm hospedado
